Yeosu Jinjja Jeollado Jeonju Hoejip

This hoe (raw fish) restaurant sits at Incheon's Yeonan Budu pier. The Jeolla Province set for three comes with thick slices of hoe, grilled fish, and seafood side dishes, and finishes with either a clear soup or maeuntang (spicy fish stew). It has been in business since the 1980s, and many customers call ahead to reserve before visiting. It is on the second floor, so the entrance can be hard to find.
