Singkai is a Chinese restaurant in the food court on the first basement floor of Terminal 1 at Incheon Airport. It serves sets of jjamppong, jjajangmyeon, and tangsuyuk, and diners carry their own trays and dishes to the table. Food comes out relatively quickly, and the jjamppong is on the spicy, tingling side. The batter on the tangsuyuk is on the soggy side.
