Udon Ukiya

Udon Ukiya is an udon restaurant in Sinpo-dong, Incheon. It serves oroshi udon and shrimp tempura udon made with hand-pulled noodles, which are pressed in-house. The aging dough and noodle-making process are visible in the store, and rice is free. The tempura is fried to order and served crisp, and burdock tempura and tofu pouch tempura can be ordered as well.
