Sinsin Bunsik

Shinshin Bunsik is an old-school snack shop in Incheon that serves donkatsu, jjolmyeon, and bibimbap. The donkatsu comes as a large piece, and the jjolmyeon and tteokbokki are served in generous portions. Warm soup and basic side dishes are self-service, and rice can be added for free. Food comes out slowly when the shop is crowded.
