Mineo Hoejip (Sinpo-dong)

Minuh Hoejip is a raw fish restaurant near Sinpo Market in Sinpo-dong, Incheon. The minu set meal comes with minu hoe, minu buchim, and minu tang, and the tang can be ordered as either jiri or maeuntang. At lunch, minu tang is available on its own, and barley gulbi is steamed to order, so reserving ahead shortens the wait. The minu hoe is decent, while the tang is ordinary.
