Mimijin

Mimijin is a Chinese restaurant in the Chinatown of Incheon. It serves uni jjajang, jjamppong, and shrimp dim sum, and gives tea with the meal. There are seats to sit on while waiting, but the food sometimes comes out late. The uni jjajang is oily and on the salty side.
