Mandabog

Mandabok is a Chinese restaurant in Incheon's Chinatown. Its signature dishes are hayan baengnyeon jjajang and tangsuyuk, and diners also order mapadubu and ohyang janguyuk alongside them. The hayan baengnyeon jjajang is served with noodles and sauce separately, and you mix in the sauce made from minced meat and garlic yourself. On weekends, the wait to get in can be long.
