Jinheunggak

Jinheunggak is a Chinese restaurant in Sinpo-dong, near Chinatown in Incheon, run by a family of Chinese descent. It serves yuni jjajang, jjamppong bap, and tangsuyuk. The jjamppong bap comes with fried rice instead of plain rice, and the gunmandu are hand-made. The restaurant has been run by a Chinese family for a long time, and the batter on the tangsuyuk is on the hard side.
