Incheonjib

Incheonjip is a grilled fish restaurant in Jeon-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon. Its representative dishes are boneless sawara and grilled mackerel, and it also serves sundubu and stir-fried squid with dongdongju. The boneless menu makes the grilled fish easy to eat as an accompaniment to alcohol without picking out bones. The grilling and seasoning of the fish are sometimes uneven.
