Hyebinjang

Hyebinjang is an old Chinese restaurant near Donghwa Village in Songwol-dong, Incheon. Its signature dish is ganjajang, and it also serves bokkeumbap, tangsuyuk, and jjamppong. The small, worn restaurant is run by an elderly couple. The ganjajang carries a strong heat from cheongyang chili peppers, which can be hard to handle for people who cannot eat spicy food.
