Hyangrae Guest is a Chinese restaurant at the central three-way intersection of Incheon Chinatown. It serves ganjjajang and tangsuyuk together, and the tangsuyuk comes with its sauce on the side. The tangsuyuk has large pieces of meat in a generous portion, and it stays crisp even after the sauce is poured on. Dishes do not come out in the order they were ordered, and staff respond bluntly when taking orders.
