Hwaseon Hoetjip is an old min-eo hoe restaurant in the Sinpo Market area of Incheon. The min-eo hoe is served by body part, along with min-eo jeon, min-eo al-jeot sushi, and min-eo jiri-tang. Walk-ins without a reservation wait, and ordering hoe brings min-eo jeon and rice for sushi on the side. The space is cramped and crowded with drinking customers, making it noisy.
