Golmokjip Kalguksu

Golmokjip Kalguksu is a kalguksu restaurant in an alley behind Sinpo Market in Incheon. It serves kalguksu, hand-made sujebi, and kimchi bokkeumbap, and the kalguksu is dusted with frying powder. The restaurant has continued since the 1980s, and the grandmother who first started it still runs it. The jjolmyeon has a strong gochujang flavor and is on the salty side.
