Gaeseong Son Mandu

Gaeseong Son Mandu is a handmade dumpling restaurant in Incheon serving mandu jeongol and naengmomil (cold soba noodles). The mandu jeongol includes bok choy, mushrooms, and napa cabbage around the dumplings, with a spicy, clear broth, optional beef garnish, and kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) added at the end. The restaurant can be busy at lunchtime, but tables turn quickly and orders are taken soon; dining is more relaxed after 1 p.m. The naengmomil is similar to cold soba noodles served at other ordinary restaurants.
