Eulhang

Eulhang is a seafood restaurant in Eulwang-ri, Incheon. Its signature dish is mulhoe, a cold raw-fish soup made with seasonal fish, abalone, sea squirts, squid and shrimp, and it comes with noodles by default. Each table has a kiosk, the mulhoe arrives quickly, and serving robots move through the room. The broth is based on chojang and is spicy, so children or anyone who cannot eat spicy food will find it difficult.
