Daewanggorae Jjim

Daewang Gorae Jjim in Incheon is a seafood steaming restaurant. It steams shellfish and crustaceans and serves them hot, along with kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), bajirak suljjim (clams steamed with wine), and saejogae shabu-shabu. The seafood cooks in four to five minutes, and guests can use the salad bar. The camping-style restaurant combines steamed seafood with a self-service bar.
