Bokrak Mandu sits in a residential alley outside the Chinatown area of Incheon. It serves handmade gunmandu and mulmandu, along with a non-spicy jjamppong made with clams. On a Sunday at 11:30 a.m., a wait formed but lasted only about 10 minutes, and the shop has five or six tables that seat four people each. The jajangmyeon and jjamppong portions are on the small side.
