Yugyeong Sikdang

Yugyeong Sikdang is a raw cod soup restaurant in the Jungang shopping district next to Gyeongsang Gamyeong Park in Daegu. It specializes in raw cod soup and raw monkfish soup, and also serves dishes such as braised flatfish, braised monkfish, and boiled monkfish. The cod soup broth is cool and clear, and vegetable side dishes grown by the restaurant are served with it. The soup portion is large, but the broth tastes plain.
