Old House Restaurant sits about 100 meters from Seomun Market Station in Daegu and has served Daegu-style yukgaejang for over 70 years. It serves only that one dish, simmering large scallions, taro and beef together for a long time. The restaurant occupies a former house and holds five or six tables, with food arriving quickly and the kitchen closing at 1 p.m. Parking is difficult on the narrow alley around it, and the restroom is poorly maintained.
