Utaro

Utaro is a ramen shop in the Dongseongno alleys near Jungangno Station in Daegu, serving Japanese-style ramen, butadon, and gyoza. Its signature items are a rich tonkotsu shiromen and a spicy aka ramen, with thin, springy noodles made in-house. The interior is decorated with Ghibli posters and figures, and has single seats for solo diners plus tables for two to four people. Seats are close together and the chairs are fixed, which makes sitting uncomfortable.
