Tsubakino Hana

Tsubakino Hana is a Japanese restaurant in Namsan-dong, Daegu. It serves lunch and dinner omakase, with each piece of sushi and each dish explained one at a time. Reservations are required, and the lunch course includes 18 items with soup and takes about an hour and a half. The lunch lineup stays nearly the same eight months later.
