Ssiat Hotteok

Ssi-at Hotteok is a small hotteok shop on Dalseong-ro inside Seomun Market in Daegu. The hotteok is cooked as if fried in oil, leaving the outside crisp while the inside holds honey, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Four people divide the work and produce them quickly. When the ingredients run out, sales end even at 2 or 3 in the afternoon.
