Soseon Shabu

Soseon Shabu in Daegu serves single-person shabu-shabu and pyeonbaek-jjim. Diners choose from basic, doenjang, or eolkeun broth and rose or mala flavors, and the meal comes with a finishing dish such as kimchi gaengsigi. The single-person shabu-shabu arrives right after ordering, and each table has broth and sauce for self-refills. Staff sometimes rush diners during the meal or look at their phones at the counter.
