Silbi Banjeom

Silbi Banjeom is an old Chinese restaurant on Seoseong-ro in Jung-gu, Daegu. Its bokkeum bap is made with finely chopped pork and cooked so the rice stays separate, and it also serves jjajang, jjamppong and tangsuyuk. The restaurant has held the same spot for decades and keeps the feel of an old-style Chinese restaurant. The facilities are on the old side.
