Seomun Donkatsu is inside Seomun Market in Daegu. The donkatsu is cut before it is served, and the sauce is not a ready-made product. On weekdays a little after 2 p.m. you can get in without a wait, and card payment is accepted. Seating is tight, so people sit close together.
