Sayakka

Sayaka is a Japanese restaurant in Jung-gu, Daegu. It serves ramen made with organic flour and pulled fresh one to three times a day, along with donburi and katsu. The restaurant opened in 2002, and customers order at the kiosk on the left, receive a number ticket, and then sit down. During lunch hours, the wait can run from 40 minutes to nearly an hour.
