Sobe is a bakery cafe in Daegu that sells salt bread, cream cheese bread, and red bean bread. The salt bread is the signature item and is chosen for its crisp texture, and the cream cheese bread is often picked alongside it. Lines form because of the number of waiting customers. In the mentaiko baguette, the mayonnaise and fishy flavors come through more strongly than the mentaiko.
