Sangju Sikdang（サンジュ食堂）

Sangju Sikdang is a chueotang restaurant in Dongseongno, Daegu, serving only one menu. Its clear Gyeongsang-style chueotang is made with dried radish greens and comes with baekkimchi and cabbage kimchi. The restaurant has operated since 1957 in a converted traditional hanok, and food arrives as soon as you sit down. It closes for a period in winter, so check before visiting.
