Sammi Kalbijjim

Sammi Galbijjim is a meat restaurant inside Seomun Market in Daegu that serves garlic pork galbijjim and cheonggukjang. The galbijjim uses 40 percent galbi and 60 percent pork collar with plenty of whole garlic, and diners can choose a spice level from 1 to 3. Because it sits inside the market, seating is tight and the space gets crowded when customers gather. Tables are not wiped well, so the place does not feel clean.
