Samil Tongdak

Samiltongdak is an electric-roasted whole chicken restaurant on Jongno in Jung-gu, Daegu. The chicken is coated in a house sauce and pressed as it roasts, and it is served with crisp skin and glutinous rice nurungji. The restaurant has two floors, and one case had a party seated about ten minutes after putting in a wait. During busy hours the wait is long and service is slow.
