Onggaji Kalguksu

Onggaji Kalguksu is a handmade-food restaurant inside Daegu Seomun Market that serves kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and sujebi (hand-torn dough soup). Its signature dish is miyeokguk chapssal sujebi, a seaweed soup with thinly rolled sujebi and chapssal ongsim-i. The broths for the kalguksu and sujebi contain generous amounts of sesame oil and ground sesame seeds. A queue forms at lunchtime.
