Migeum Subul

Migum Suppul is a meat restaurant in Jongno, Daegu. It grills aged samgyeopsal and pork jowl over charcoal, and ramyeon or doenjang sulguk comes as a service item. From the evening opening time there is a long wait, and arriving a little late can mean waiting an hour. Ventilation is poor, so charcoal smoke fills the room and the smell stays on your clothes.
