Menya Q is a ramen shop in Dongseongno, Daegu. It serves torichintan and torishiratan with noodles made in-house, and the shiratan is a thick, white chicken-based broth. The shop has no break time, and rice is self-served from a rice cooker. The space is small with only about 10 seats, and the owner runs it alone, so ramen takes time to come out.
