Juyugjeom

Juyukjeom is a pork restaurant in Dongseongno, Daegu. It grills jokgui and dwaeji galbi, and the red jokgui is noticeably spicy. The meat is placed on a griddle under onions and mung bean sprouts over a gas burner, so it stays warm through the meal, and dakjuk comes as a basic side dish. The tables are small, which makes eating uncomfortable.
