Junghwa Chinese Restaurant

Junghwa Banjeom is a Chinese restaurant near Jungangno Station in Daegu. It first developed junghwa yaki udon, which combines a mildly spicy seafood sauce with noodles cooked over high heat, shrimp, squid, and pork. The yaki udon is served with a thin, watery sauce over noodles that have starch, and the remaining sauce can be mixed with shrimp fried rice. The seasoning is on the salty side, so it can taste strong to people from out of town.
