Jongro Galbi

Jongro Galbi is an old pork galbi restaurant on Jongno in Daegu. Diners grill pork galbi and beef over charcoal at the table, and the beef anchangsal must be reserved in advance. The space is a converted hanok house where guests take off their shoes before entering, and two to four cars can park in front. Depending on the cut, the pork galbi can be fatty and the marinade does not spread evenly, so it can be dry.
