Jinmi Makchang

Jinmi Makchang is a makchang specialty restaurant in Daegu serving potato makchang, sundae makchang, and beef makchang (beef abomasum). The makchang is grilled on a stone plate instead of over a direct flame and comes with makjjonkku. The makchang develops a distinctive smell as it grills, then has a savory taste and chewy texture when eaten. Only one makjjonkku can be ordered per table.
