Jangwon Sikdang

Jangwon Sikdang is a long-standing raw meat restaurant in Daegu. Raw meat and yukhoe are its signature dishes, served with a seasoned sauce and side dishes. It opens at 5 p.m., so arriving at opening is necessary, and by after 6 p.m. there are no seats left. In some cases, younger customers are not accepted.
