Jamisung Makchang

Jamiseong Makchang is a makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant near Banwoldang and the Eastern Education Office in Daegu. It serves makchang aged in-house, and the samgyeop is pre-grilled before it comes to the table. The owner runs the place alone, and dishes like noodles can be ordered by asking even if they are not on the menu. When the restaurant is busy, food and service are slow.
