Hyeokdang

Hyeokdang is a pork charcoal grill restaurant in the Jongno alleys of Daegu that serves pork collar and samgyeopsal. Staff grill the aged pork collar at the table, and it is eaten dipped in a house sauce and breadcrumbs. In the evening there was a wait, and the restaurant has an indoor restroom and seating on two floors. Cold buckwheat noodles and kkakdugi fried rice can be ordered alongside the meat.
