Hwadam

Hwadam is a sushi restaurant in Dongseongno, Daegu. The salmon sushi is cut thick, and there is a couple set that comes with salmon salad and udon. The slices of fish are thick enough to outweigh the rice. The shop is small, so seats fill up quickly in the evening, and orders are sometimes missed when it is busy.
