Hoehan Sara

Hoihansara is a small raw fish restaurant inside a market in Jung-gu, Daegu. The assorted hoe platter lets you choose from four kinds of fish, and the fish is cut into thick slices. On Fridays and Saturdays, seats fill up before 6 p.m., and phone reservations are taken until 5 p.m. Wait times are long and seats fill quickly.
