Hapcheon Halmaeson Kalguksu

Hapcheon Halmae Son Kalguksu sits in the food alley of Seomun Market in Daegu. The kalguksu is made with hand-rolled noodles and served with meat, zucchini, napa cabbage, and sesame, and geonjin guksu is also served in summer. The stall has five or six tables in a narrow alley inside the market, with old photographs on the walls. The broth is on the mild side.
