Geochang Bogeo

Geochang Bogeo is a pufferfish restaurant in Gyesan-dong, Daegu. Its pufferfish shabu-shabu is made by boiling vegetables and pufferfish in broth, and the restaurant also serves pufferfish bulgogi and pufferfish jjim. The restaurant continues a 50-year tradition and offers milbok jiri-tang and cham bogeo-tang. No seasoning is used, so the broth is on the plain side.
