Dotsori is a pork specialty restaurant in Jongno, Daegu, grilling cuts such as gabrisal, pork jowl, and galmaegisal over charcoal. The meat is eaten with cabbage geotjeori mixed with egg yolk. If you reserve in advance, you can specify a liquor label. The restroom is outside the building, which is inconvenient.
