Dongdongbae

Dongdongbae is a makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant in Namsan-dong, Daegu. The raw makchang is par-cooked once, then cut thin and long for customers to finish cooking at the table. A self-service ramyeon station lets customers pick and boil their own ramyeon. The portion of makchang is on the small side.
