Deomemil

The Memil is a buckwheat noodle house in the Jongno alley of Jung-gu, Daegu. Its memil kalguksu comes in a broth ground from black sesame and perilla, and it also sells memil muk and mushroom jeon. The owner makes the muk by hand, and makgeolli or dongdongju can be had alongside. During busy hours, food comes out late.
