Dajeon Kalguksu

Dajeon Kalguksu in Jongno, Daegu, serves hand-made kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), neungi kalguksu, and bibimbap. Its seafood pancake has more scallions and seafood than flour, with a crisp exterior. Mushroom pancake is also a sought-after dish, and the hand-made kalguksu and bibimbap have a mild taste. Kongguksu is served without sugar and salt together.
