Busan Seafood Teppanyaki

Busan Haemul Cheolpan Gui serves seafood grilled on a hot plate and seafood steamed in a pot, in an alley next to Minjin Bunsik in Banwoldang, Daegu. Conch, mussels and webfoot octopus are grilled with bean sprouts and onion in butter and brought out about 15 minutes after ordering, eaten with sesame oil sauce, vinegar gochujang or soy sauce. Mussels soup is refilled without limit, the buckwheat pancake comes out crisp, and the meal ends with fried rice with webfoot octopus. Only one staff member works the floor, so serving is slow.
