Baeg-Unmyeon

Baegunmyeon is a noodle shop inside Gyodong Market in Daegu. It makes its own chewy noodles and serves janchi guksu, kkujippong-broth kalguksu, and bibim guksu. At lunchtime the small space fills up and a wait forms, and the janchi guksu can be ordered hot or cold. It closes at 6 p.m., so a late meal is not possible.
